Orders received before 13.00 on workdays will normally be delivered on the following workday - as long as the product is in stock.
The flat-rates for shipping and handling are based on standard parcels weighing up to 10kg unless otherwise stated. Rates for unusually shaped packages, packages heavier than 10kg and goods in excess of € 5,000 are calculated on an individual basis.
